POSITION PURPOSE: Primary candidate will need to have service experience with standard mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic functionality and possess or obtain a Class B CDL. Operating safely and efficiently within all company guidelines is a must. Maintaining excellent customer relations and internal personnel morale is essential to the environment of A&H Equipment Co. This position reports directly to the Service Manager.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Service Department:
- Diagnose standard mechanical equipment problems
- Diagnose standard electrical issues
- Diagnose standard hydraulic issues
- Fabricate parts as needed to complete jobs
- Perform safety inspections on equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Knowledge of functionality and operations of equipment
- Ability to operate a forklift with necessary certification
- Assist department with various customer related issues (incoming calls, quotes, status of open jobs, etc.)
- Complete necessary paperwork as required
- CBT training certification
Operational & Customer Service Responsibilities:
- Operating within all policies and procedures of the company.
- Maintaining high personal morale.
- Maintaining excellent customer relations.
- Operating safely and following all safety guidelines.
- Possess or Obtain a Class B CDL
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong mechanical skills
- Good computer and systems knowledge
- Good product knowledge
