Proudly, we are honored to showcase U.S. Air Force Technical Sergeant, Thomas Leech, who made the ultimate sacrifice in the Gulf War. Thomas also worked for and has retired from Pittsburgh Water & Sewer Authority and currently is one of our transportation drivers. We all truly thank you for your service!
